    Description

Prayer Fan's are traditionally given as a gift to heal the heart.
Native American's use feathers to send prayers to the heavens and to draw healing power from the sky.
The giving of a prayer fan is done with great sincerity & hope that healing will soon follow.
This fan is made with 5 large jet black dyed turkey wing feathers and  has black & white rooster hackle feathers overlaying the large black ones.
It measures approx 10" in width and approx 17" in overall length without the 7" leather fringe at the bottom.
Handle is wrapped with a medium brown colored top grain leather.
The fan is further decorated with a wrap of beautiful gray beaver fur & a 3.5" seed bead wrapped section.
Bead colors are: opaque black & white
