Adorable Native American Indian Child Outfit Leather Chaps for Pow Wow, etc. The chaps are made of real leather, and will fit a waist of 20-23 inches with the belt notches currently present, although there is about an extra inch of leather on the end if you need to add another hole. The chaps are 21.5 inches long. There is a bit of mending to do, as the belt is coming off on the left hip area, and will need to be resewn. There are Native American symbols (one is a thunderbird) riveted onto the legs, in blue and red leather with silver rivets. Additionally, there is a strip of colorful zigzag trim on the lateral side of each leg prior to the leather fringe. On the backside of the chaps are wide leather strips in which the child's legs go in order to keep the chaps in place. There is a little leather tie at the waist also, although obviously, they are held on by the belt. The moccasins are also made of real leather, with red, blue, white and turquoise beading. There are no holes. The sole of each moccasin is about 6.25 inches. The head dress is made of gold felted wool, and had red, white and blue feathers attached. There are lengths of real rabbit fur that are hanging down on each side, each with a silver jingle bell. There is red, white and blue beading sewn on the front. There are a couple of places on the head dress where strings are sewn such that you can pull them to tighten or loosen the head dress. Lying flat, the head dress is about 9.5 inches across, so should fit a head of 18 inches in circumference. Awesome outfit! Condition is "Used". Shipping USPS priority.
